What’s included
The site includes the full collection of public property data downloaded from the King County Assessor—not a sample. That covers 765,757 current or historical properties and 163.9 million entries across assessments, taxes, permits, sales, appeals, notes, building details, and other property records.
How records are organized
Each property page brings the records for one parcel together. Dated events appear newest first, while current property, building, legal, and taxing-district records appear in a separate snapshot above the history.
Permit details stay with their permit, and recorded property changes stay with their change event. Records are associated only when the County data supplies a matching property, tax account, permit, appeal, condominium, or taxing-district number. Uncertain matches are not guessed.
Plain-language descriptions
Labels and County codes are translated into ordinary language wherever a reliable definition is available. Dates and substantive values remain as the County reported them.
Known limits
- Different records can describe different dates or stages of the assessment process.
- Current building details do not show a complete year-by-year history.
- County data may contain misspellings, outdated information, repeated entries, or errors.
- This site is not an assessment notice, tax bill, title report, appraisal, or legal opinion.
